At wizemonk, we practice the long term Value Investing principles as espoused by Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger. We view ourselves as part owners of the firm we are investing in. We typically invest in companies with very long term view. We advise our clients with the following philosophy:

Our stock selection principle has 4 pillars :
- Companies with strong moats: These companies have built great moats and their moats are widening. They are constantly innovating to stay ahead of competition.
- Margin of Safety: We identify great companies at reasonable price. We wait patiently for opportune moments to build our position.
- Circle of competence: We only invest in companies where we understand the business and moat completely .
- Risk Management: We only invest in companies having excellent corporate governance and strong capital allocation track record. We exit any company that violates this framework immediately
Our Capital Allocation Process
We follow passive opportunistic method of capital allocation with strong risk managment framework. We do rigorous evaluation of company’s growth trajectory while building our position in a company. We wait patiently for opportunities when market is in distress to deploy capital in lucrative long term opportunities. Position sizing is calibrated to conviction, valuation, and evolving fundamentals. Exits are as disciplined as entries.
